Saltdean Lido
Saltdean Lido in Saltdean, East Sussex, has suffered extensive concrete degradation and carbonisation from a marine environment. After thorough investigation of the structure and concrete it was identified just how at-risk the building was and the necessity for immediate attention before the building deteriorated to the point of no return. We worked alongside industry experts and engineers to develop a new remediation solution to preserve the building for another 50-60 years as apposed to existing methods with a life span of only 10-20 years.
Southend Pier
Our newest project is Southend Pier, a major landmark, extending to 1.3miles off the Essex coast. It is predominantly made up of concrete, steel and timber which has suffered over the years through exposure to wind and tide. Our design and development team are in the process of engineering a pioneering process that will provide a long lasting, affordable and maintainable solution to this iconic, heritage structure.
